Gerard began at Enforsys as its C.E.O., responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Company.
Prior to Enforsys, Gerard worked in a variety of executive roles in the fraud, investigations and electronic discovery industries, focusing on technical solutions to complex challenges. He was also Of Counsel at the New York office of Constantine Cannon LLP. He has 15 years’ experience in law enforcement, having served as the head of the Insurance Fraud Unit in the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office and as a Deputy Bureau Chief in the Office of the Kings County District Attorney. Gerard has a J.D. from New York Law School, an M.S. from Utica College, and a B.S. in Engineering from the City University of New York.
Director of Fire Services, Social Media Manager
J. Edward Romeo has served as the Director of the development of the Emergency Software Products division since 2006 and is responsible for product strategy, marketing and client outreach with a passion for engagement, community-building and advocacy including translating the voice of customers into product development strategies and actionable requirements.
He has expertise in product development with a focus on functionality, flow, consistency, usability and simplicity. Prior to working at Enforsys, he managed the development of software products in a variety of industries for companies such as Lucent, CBS, Sony, BMG, Bear Stearns, J.W. Gant and Associates, PaperDirect and ePresence.
Director, Technical Sales and Implementation
Veeren is responsible for working with the sales team to evangelize Enforsys solutions to clients and potential clients. He is also responsible for managing the smooth implementation of solutions, and managing training events. Veeren also assists in the development of new technology solutions.
Veeren has been an employee at Enforsys for over a decade. He came to Enforsys with over twelve years of information technology experience. Viren has expertise in infrastructure, data center planning, security and compliance, and technology project management. He is proficient, UNIX, Microsoft technologies, Oracle, Informix, Sybase, and SQL server administration.
Director of Customer Quality Assurance
Monica has been an Enforsys employee since 2005. Monica manages remote and on site customer support, handling client problems, concerns and requests. She maintains contact with customers on regular basis for updates and continued training in new aspects of software and advanced use of their current software.
Monica has worked in the police software industry since 1998 in all aspects of the industry, including development of software, sales, software testing, implementations and training of clients and customer support. She is proficient in C/C++, Visual Basic, and SQL.
Director, Client Relationship Management
Vincent (Vinny) is in charge of overseeing the support division of Enforsys. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day support requests that come into Enforsys from clients on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis. In addition to overseeing CRM, he is responsible for the building and customizing Enforsys’ fire Inspection software.
Vincent has worked at Enforsys Inc. for over 10 years. He has deep skills in many areas of IT, such as computer networking, computer hardware and database and database design. He graduated in 2012 with a B.S. in Business Management from Rutgers University, New Jersey. Vincent has deep family ties to the public safety community, including his father, a founder of Enforsys and a retired New Jersey Police Lieutenant.
Steve assists CRM with identifying software issues and remediating problems. He serves as secondary resource for Enforsys’ I-3 application. Steve also develops prototypes for new exciting systems at Enforsys, expanding its solution set in the public safety space.
Steve has 8 years of programming experience with C# and Python. He has built many projects involving data driven applications, web sites, and automation. Steve graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a degree in Computer Science.
Team Leader, Client Relationship Management Support
John handles client support issues: everything from quick how-to questions to emergency resolutions and major issues. John has been with Enforsys almost four years.
John earned double Bachelors degrees in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. He has deep expertise in SQL database administration, and holds a number of information technology certifications.
